“Living in Zhujiajiao, Shanghai. When you go out for lunch, you will almost certainly meet an artist friend. Go for a walk, you will meet someone you know for sure. Not to mention all the drinks and harangue, almost all of them are well-known. Even you don’t know someone, and the end you knew. Everyone talks about art, poetry, music, literature, and movies, and talks about love, past, and future. Frequently exchange ideas with artists friends of their respective works, and help each other, encourage each other as neighbors. This is the daily life in Zhujiajiao away from city life. This might be provided more perspectives to get to know this artist community. ” – Mao Jun (Artist/Curator lived in Zhujiajiao)
