Artists from around the world are invited to participate by reflecting on the Centenary of one of the most prolific periods of intercultural artistic exchange – the inter-war period of the École de Paris – the 1920s in Paris.

Duration of residency

Participation in online residency has no limitations. The residency in Paris is 2 weeks.

Accommodation

Accommodation at the international exchange center in either a private or shared room (based on preferences and availability)

Inclusivity is one of the core values and the guiding principles of our programs. Our residency is open to artists from diverse cultural backgrounds, of different ages and genders, working in all art disciplines and at all stages of their professional careers.

Artists are asked to reflect on the following questions:

– How the notion of intercultural exchange is reflected in your work
– How other art disciplines have influenced your creative practice
– How artistic explorations during the 1920s period have inspired your practice
– How international dialogue in the arts can influence societies
