Name of Residency: Printmaking Residency

Zea Mays Printmaking is an art studio whose mission is to make printmaking safe for artists and the environment while maintaining high aesthetic standards.

Our Residencies are designed to fit an artist’s unique needs and desires. The core of the Residency is a prolonged time to work in our state-of-the-art printmaking studio. In addition an artist can learn safe printmaking techniques through workshops or personalized instruction. One-on-one critiques with core faculty are also available and can be added a la carte to the residency experience.

Artists in residence can opt to work in the private studio or the community studio. Prices and accessibility differ. Both options include on-site accommodations. Residencies can be a time of learning and experimenting, editioning or the execution of a pre-conceived project.
