The work studio is a spacious room of abt. 40 sqms with a table and an easel. Living quarters contain two rooms. One room is an open hallway with an sleeping alcove (double bed) and a closet. The other room contains a kitchen as well as a single bed, night stand, table with four chairs, cupboard, sink, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, coffeemaker, electric kettle and dishes. Shower room is elsewhere in the building.
