Description of Organisation:

New Pacific Studio Vallejo is a 501c (3) charitable educational institution run by a resident director (Dr Kay Flavell) and board. Regular Open Days are held. Artists and writers have ample opportunities to pursue their own work and to interact with the local community, which is currently experiencing revitalization. The wonderful cultural and environmental resources of the San Francisco Bay Area are at your fingertips.

Artists in residence have private use of two rooms plus bathroom upstairs in the historic house, plus a spacious garden studio set among fruit trees. They share the use of the rest of the house with Kay, who lives in the side house, once the old summer kitchen.
